The last few weeks have been much less eventful than the previous weeks this summer. This was a welcome change as we have already done more this summer than the previous two combined. So what have we been up to? We made a trip back to Cleveland to attend a reception at Mandy and Paul's... we also went to baby Ella's 1st birthday party this past weekend. Good times. Kendal and Hayden are great as always. Hayden appears to be growing a bit more lately than usual... this is good but the 3am wake up calls to eat is not. Either way we are happy she is putting a few pounds on. We actually switched her car seat around and gave her a TV screen as well in the van. Spoiled huh. We love it.

The weather went from hot to cold fast but lets hope this weekend turns out ok as we have our annual camping trip with the neighbors. I'm sure there will be plenty of pictures to post. For now see all the recent pics below:

We had a nice lazy weekend. It kinda makes up for all of the crazy weekends we have had lately. Friday I went with Karen and the other kids from the Playhouse Daycare to the Fowlerville Fair. Jaclynn and Sarah met us there with their kids too. It was a lot of fun. Kendal had a blast on all the rides and Hayden loved all the animals. It was Daycare day at the fair so it was very cheap to go for the day. Friday night we went to Howell City Park with the Kreider’s and watched a movie in the field on a huge blow up screen. It was fun, all snuggled up with blankets and pillows. Saturday we rode bikes to the local parks and then into downtown Howell for Dairy Queen. We have to bribe the girls with something to get them to sit in the bike stroller. Sunday we took the girls to have their pictures taken, and even though I forgot one of the girl’s outfits, the pictures turned out great. Mike and I were surprised how good the girls were; they were trouble makers when we were picking out pictures though.
